3. Balanced character (not overpowered, Mary Sue/Gary Stuish, etc.)
4. If it is a princess/prince, it must act and look like one
5. Good backstory and reasoning on why or how they look the way they look.
6. No bases, generators, etc. Only from scratch.
7. Aletered adoptables are allowed.

>Reasons behind all this:
I hate seeing people immediately judged for things such as rainbow hair or other rainbow attire and such. That was why I started this cause, I was sick of seeing people being too quickly judged with no evaluation of the backstory or character traits. I want to make people not feel bad about having rainbows and to help them improve their rainbow characters.
Though I only support the good rainbow characters, not the mary sues or gary stus.
>Inspiring Message For Everyone:
People should be proud of their rainbow characters, don't be discouraged by the words saying it's not good. I want to help people make their rainbow characters better and feel less discouraged about making one.
>Goal:
If I get enough supporters for this project, I will make a group that's dedicated to this cause and help others improve. Hope u guys are with me on this, I look forward to seeing all grow and improve with me.
